You are your own expert, and I want to help you learn to nurture yourself. While I can't control life’s rainstorms, I can teach you new skills that can help you weather those inevitable storms.

 

My mission is to create a safe environment for each of you to express yourself, reflect, and grow through life’s challenges. Therapy should cultivate the life that you want and deserve. I strive to provide a therapeutic relationship that includes kindness, acceptance, warmth, non-judgement, and empathy, to be able to with time be a corrective experience. When viewing the therapist as a genuine, knowledgeable participant, everyone can develop trust and allow the process of self-observation and healing to start.
