Confidence Club
Helping girls feel more confident in who they are.
Confidence Club is a therapist-led group designed to help girls build self-esteem, navigate friendships, and feel more secure in who they are. Through guided discussions, interactive activities, and practical tools, participants will learn how to manage self-doubt, express themselves confidently, and handle social challenges in a healthy, empowered way.

Big Feelings, Little Tools
Helping kids understand their feelings and learn what to do with them.
Big Feelings, Little Tools is a therapist-led group designed to help children better understand and manage their emotions in a safe, supportive environment. Through engaging activities, guided conversations, and hands-on tools, children will learn how to identify their feelings, express themselves appropriately, and use simple strategies to calm their bodies and minds.

Coping with Change
Focus: Life transitions (divorce, moving, family changes)
A supportive, therapist-led group where kids learn how to navigate big life changes, understand and express their emotions, and feel less alone during uncertain times. Through connection and guided activities, children will build resilience, gain confidence, and develop healthy coping skills that help them adjust to new environments, routines, or family dynamics in a safe and supportive space.

Anxiety Skills Squad
A supportive group for tweens and teens to understand anxiety and build real-life coping skills.
Through interactive activities and guided support, participants will learn how to manage “what if” thinking, calm their bodies, and navigate school and social stress with more confidence. Intake required prior to joining.

Friendship Lab
A supportive, therapist-led group that helps tweens build confidence in friendships and navigate social challenges with clarity and self-trust..
In this 6-week group, participants will learn what healthy friendships look like, how to handle conflict, set age-appropriate boundaries, and cope with exclusion or peer drama. Through role play, real-life scenarios, and guided group discussions, tweens will practice social skills in a safe space where they feel seen, supported, and understood—helping them feel more confident and secure in their friendships both now and going into the next school year.
